Janice Cole's latest book Chicken and Eggs will be published by Chronicle Books in 2011.
The food memoir cookbook features stories about her three backyard chickens along with 120 recipes inspired by the chickens.
Janice is also the author of: Culinary Adventures Techniques and Recipes (North American Membership Group, 2008).
The book is a collection of
her columns that appeared in Cooking Pleasures magazine with over 140 recipes from appetizers
to desserts. Each recipe features how-to advice with tips, culinary
secrets and photographs.
