Janice Cole is food editor and test kitchen director of the successful national magazine Cooking Club (formerly Cooking Pleasures) of the Cooking Club of America.

Janice specializes in food writing featuring original recipes. Her expertise focuses on cooking techniques and exploring the hows and whys of recipes.
